Supplier Network
Our supplier network is factories we would buy from ourselves—audited, capacity-checked, reference-verified, and aligned with Shenzhen production calendars.
How the network works
We qualify Shenzhen and Guangdong power-hardware factories that are already serving data center builds, not general electronics shops. Each supplier must show production calendars, certification records, and named reference sites before we put them in front of an overseas buyer. That matters because Guangdong computing-hardware factories are booked into next year, and capacity is the real negotiation.
The network is organized around five categories: rack PDU, BBU, busway, CRPS, and liquid cooling. We track the reasons buyers get burned: AI racks crossing 120 kW per cabinet force liquid cooling, transformer lead times hit 160 weeks globally, and roughly half of planned US data centers were delayed or canceled in 2026. A supplier with open capacity today may not have it by pilot.

Qualification process
Documents
We start with business licenses, product safety files, and current certification records: UL 62368-1 for PDU/PSU, UL 857 for busway, UL 1973 and UL 9540A for BBU batteries, UN38.3 for battery shipping, and IEC 61439-6 type tests for busway.
Factory audit
We walk the production floor and check capacity against the production calendar. We verify the supplier is not borrowing capacity from a booked Guangdong computing-hardware line, especially for high-demand AI power equipment.
Sample
Before pilot, buyers receive switch-level or cell-level samples. We check metering, fit, finish, and declared ratings such as C13 at 10A, C19 at 16A, C21 at 16A hot condition, or a 3200W CRPS at Titanium half-load efficiency.
Pilot
The first order is a pilot run, not a full rollout. We tie acceptance to the same reference documentation and batch traceability used in the audit, especially for BBU sea freight under UN38.3 Class 9.
The audit trail
We keep an audit trail that follows the product from raw materials to finished pallet. For busway, that means IEC 61439-6 type-test documents and UL 857 file references. For batteries, that means UL 1973, UL 9540A, and UN38.3 Class 9 shipping paperwork.
Buyers should be skeptical. Jintian Copper H1 profit rose 204% on copper busbar for AI servers, and US tariffs on Chinese dry-type transformers hit 46.6%, with some lines at 125%. The pressure to substitute unverified suppliers is real, but the audit trail separates a production slot from a promise.

Sourcing lead quote
We would rather approve three factories and ship from one than chase a lower quote into a facility that cannot hold a production slot. The audit trail is the product.
