Share rack PDU, busway, BBU, CRPS or CDU specs, target standards and destination port. For AI racks passing 120 kW per cabinet, include liquid-cooling and 48V ORv3 architecture requirements.

Factory matching

We shortlist audited Guangdong computing-hardware factories that are booked into next year, with UL 62368-1, UL 857 or UL 1973 capabilities already in place.

Quotes and samples

Compare type-tested busway up to 6300 A to IEC 61439-6, switched PDUs from 11–22 kW with 24xC13 and 24xC19 HDOT, and CDU units from 300 kW to 1.2 MW.

Inspection and ship

We organize pre-shipment inspection, export documentation and UN38.3 Class 9 sea freight for BBU battery packs, then release payment according to the agreed trade term.

Frequently asked

Rack PDU orders usually start at 10–100 pcs; BBU battery modules generally start at 50+ because UN38.3 documentation and Class 9 sea freight are unit-specific.
Standard PDU orders run about 15–30 days from Shenzhen. Busway and battery builds are quoted per project after drawing review.
The battery pack needs a UN38.3 test report, Class 9 sea freight packaging, and often UL 1973 plus UL 9540A cell/module evidence for the destination AHJ.

Typical export terms are T/T deposit against proforma invoice and balance before release, or L/C for larger orders. We set terms in the RFQ so both sides see the same schedule.

Warranty is order-specific. Confirm coverage, spares and replacement freight in the proforma before deposit; do not assume a global blanket warranty.
A bilingual NDA is signed before design files, BOM or Chinese supplier names are shared. Tooling and custom drawings stay controlled.
