Short version: your RFQ data goes to factories only after you approve routing.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what a sourcing RFQ requires: your name, work email, company, country and the technical requirements you submit through our forms. We do not buy third-party data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
RFQ data is used for exactly one purpose: matching your requirements to suitable manufacturers and delivering quotes. Your submission is routed to factories only after you approve the routing — before that, it stays within our matching system.
We retain RFQ records for up to 24 months for follow-up and quality review. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it from active records within 30 days.
This site does not use cookies for tracking. Any session state is technical only and expires when your browser closes. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Terms of Use
DC Power is a sourcing and supplier-matching service. We are not a manufacturer, and nothing on this site claims otherwise. Specifications, certifications and lead times shown are typical values of our supplier network and must be confirmed in writing for any specific order.
Quotes provided through this site are indications from matched factories and do not constitute a binding offer until a written supply agreement is signed between you and the manufacturer. We are not a party to purchase contracts between buyers and factories.
You are responsible for import compliance in your destination market, including tariffs, local certification and dangerous goods requirements for battery lines. We provide documentation support but do not give legal advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
