About DC Power
DC Power is a Shenzhen sourcing network focused on data center power equipment, built for the year procurement became the bottleneck.
Mission and model
DC Power exists because the procurement window for data center power equipment compressed. Global transformer lead times reached 160 weeks, and Guangdong computing-hardware factories are booked into next year. Buyers can no longer issue an RFQ and wait a quarter; they need line slots, not just quotes.
Our model is direct but controlled: we identify audited Shenzhen-area factories for rack PDU, BBU, busway, CRPS, and liquid cooling components; we negotiate against real capacity; we inspect before, during, and after production; and we ship under proper documentation. We do not pretend to be a manufacturer. We act as the procuring arm a buyer would build if they had people on the ground in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Dongguan.
Shenzhen electronics supply base
The Pearl River Delta remains the densest power electronics supply base for global data centers. AI racks now cross 120 kW per cabinet, and liquid cooling becomes mandatory—so buyers need busway, PDU, and battery suppliers that can move from prototype to container fast.
We work inside that supply base. The region ships IEC 61439-6 type-tested busway systems up to 6300 A, high-density switched PDUs, and 48V ORv3 BBU shelves. Our job is to separate the lines that can hold tolerance from the ones that just show a brochure.
- Audited factories across Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Guangzhou
- Real capacity checks before quoting, not after PO issuance
- Pre-shipment inspection and batch documentation
- UN38.3 Class 9 sea freight coordination for battery modules

How the network took shape
What DC Power is not
- Not a manufacturer — we do not own or claim to own production lines.
- No fake factory claims — we show real line footage, not stock photos.
- No broker chains — you work with one sourcing team, not a relay of intermediaries.
- No undisclosed subcontracting — audited suppliers only, with re-audits on long programs.
Why this matters
The industry planned for compute. It got a power bottleneck instead.
What we measure ourselves on
- 48-hour first response on every RFQ
- supplier audit trails on 100 percent of the network
- certification routing completed before first sample shipment
- pilot-order path for every new buyer relationship
- LME-indexed pricing transparency on copper lines
