Why these project references are anonymized

Most operators require NDA protection before sharing project specifics, so we publish only anonymized scope, equipment classes, and acceptance metrics. The goal is to show repeatable delivery patterns without exposing facility locations or commercial terms.

Recent schedules still move fast where supply chains are locked. With transformer lead times reaching 160 weeks globally, audited Shenzhen manufacturers have become a schedule-hedge for power distribution equipment, not just a cost decision.

Guangdong computing-hardware factories are booked into next year, so project delivery is now more about allocated factory lines than simple price. Tariff exposure is another reason to re-scope: US tariffs on Chinese dry-type transformers hit 46.6%, and some lines plus 125%.

Deployed switched metering PDUs with ±1% billing-grade accuracy across multiple halls; C13 and C19 outlet mix aligned to 10 A and 16 A branch loading. The rollout reused the Server Technology PRO4X class 11–22 kW platform for mixed-density cabinets.

Middle East AI cluster busway 2500A

Supplied type-tested IEC 61439-6 busway runs rated up to 2500 A for an AI cluster where rack density is crossing 120 kW per cabinet and liquid cooling is becoming mandatory. The scope included Schneider I-Line and Legrand XCP-style busway interfaces.

APAC telecom 48V retrofit

Retrofitted 48 V architecture using OCP Open Rack V3 BBU Shelf spec Rev 1.1; 48V ORv3 power replaces 12V for GPU trays and edge compute blocks. The package included busbar tie-ins and battery shelf mechanical compatibility.

How projects are documented

Each project file is reduced to the evidence procurement teams actually need: factory audit status, type-test documents, batch images, and logistics paperwork. We do not list operator names or facility addresses.

For power distribution equipment, the document trail is usually UL 62368-1 or UL 857 evidence; for battery moves, UL 1973 and UL 9540A test summaries plus UN38.3 transport records.
